Repetitive strain injury is characterised by weakness, lack of endurance , and short bursts of excruciating pain in the arm, back, shoulders, wrists, hands, or thumbs. Often the pain is worse with activity.
We can effectively address problems related to RSI but the workplace may also require some ergonomic adjustments to prevent the problem from recurring.
