The sciatic nerve is the largest single nerve in the body and runs from the spinal cord down the legs and into the feet.  Sciatica is caused by pressure on this nerve.  Often the pain runs down from the lower back into the buttocks and down one leg. The pain is often experienced as a burning or tingling sensation down one leg, a sharp pain in the lower back, or sometimes constant pain in the buttock.

Sciatica can be caused by imbalances to the body, with hip or knee problems, or slipped discs being the most common cause.  Injuries are often caused by awkward lifting and twisting of the spine.

Andrea and Jeremy use different techniques that are highly effective in treating sciatica and allowing the pinched nerve to be released as it works to relax the nervous system.
